Flexible mould heaters (often called flexible tubular heaters) are engineered to eliminate the high costs and long lead times associated with custom-bent thermal elements. Designed for extreme malleability, these heaters can be manually formed and pressed directly into precision-milled manifold channels on the factory floor. Upon heating, they expand slightly to create a tight, uniform fit against the steel, ensuring exceptional heat transfer and thermal consistency for complex hot runner systems, platens, and industrial injection molds.
